Made of Money

The inspiration for this piece came form my interpretation of Royal engraver Jody Clark’s portrait of the queen.

Made from penny and half-penny coins, all from Queen Elizabeth II reign.

The coins were washed and sorted to reflect the patina from their various ages, finally being encapsulated in clear epoxy resin and framed in Oak.
