John ‘Stoned’

One of my favorite pieces and the first in the ‘Stoned’ range.

I started with a bag of mixed stones that were washed, sorted and separated into shades / colours. Each stone being individually selected and glued into place. Finally the whole piece was covered with clear epoxy resin to hold them tight and to enhance the colours in the individual stones.
